Question: Are the caregivers licensed and bonded?
Answer: All
caregivers are insured, licensed and bonded. They also go through a
background screening with the Florida Department of Law Enforcement.
Question: Is
there a higher rate for nights and weekends?
Answer: Our rates do not change for night and
weekend hours. Our rates change only for major holidays.
Question: What shifts can the caregiver work?
Answer: Our
caregiver work all sorts of hours. Services are based on the
clients needs from a two hour minimum to twenty four hours a day.
Question: Do
you go to places other than someone's home?
Answer: Our caretakers go to where they are needed
such as Assisted Living facilities, nursing homes, hospitals and
hospice.
